This is basically all you need to do to get real results. Some people like to sneak in a few cookies or candy bars when they’re on a diet. That’s not a smart thing to do, because these are high calorie foods that will destroy your caloric deficit for that day. It will be a wasted day.
However, if you were to combine all these three together and you’re disciplined enough to keep it up for a few weeks, then you will definitely see results! Over time, you will notice your body to get leaner and trimmer. This is especially true if you do both cardio and resistance exercises.
